Potato Patties and Egg Benedict for Breakfast

Breakfast with potato patties and egg benedict is enough to us for start our activity. 











Ingredients :
  • 300 gr potato.
  • 1 canned tuna with olive oil (80 gr).
  • 1 medium size onion, thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves garlic.
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Chilies powder as needed (optional).
  • Oil to fry as needed.
  • 1 egg, beaten lightly.
  • Egg Benedict.
  • 4 yolk.
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice.
  • 1/2 cup unsalt butter, melted.
  • A pinch of salat and chilies powder.
Instruction :
  1. Peel potato, cut and fried until golden brown.
  2. Fry onion and garlic until golden brown.
  3. Mashe potato until smooth, add fried onion, ground pepper, ground nutmeg, salt and chilies powder. Mix well.
  4. Take little dough and shape as golf ball and flatten.
  5. Heat oil, dipped patties into egg and fried until golden brown.
  6. Egg Benedict : Boil water until boiled. Pour vinegar as needed Stir water and vinegar round and little bit fast. Crashed egg and put onthe small bowl, pour into boiled water. Boiled egg for 3 minutes.
  7. Ready to be served for breakfast.
