Napoletana Pizza

The best pizza in Italy is Napoletana Pizza, soft base. I was trying to make it, but for me it is not maximal a napoletana pizza yet. But for taste is right. Yummy. Later, I will try it again. 

Ingredients :
  • 700 gr all purpose flour (150 gr bread flour + 550 gr all purpose flour).
  • 300 ml luke warm water.
  • 3 tbsp olive oil.
  • 3 tsp salt.
  • 16 gr freash yeast.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
Topping :
  • Tomato sauce.
  • Mozzarella.
  • Onion.
  • Canned Tuna.
  • Olive fruits without seed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, well.
  2. Melt yeast with 100 ml luke warm water, pour into mixture of flour and mix well.
  3. Pour olive oil and mix well.
  4. Pour water, knead by bread mixer or hand until smooth and elastic, no sticky. Let stand for 1 hour for proofing.
  5. Devide the dough for 3 pieces and round up as balls.
  6. After that, take a dough and roll by rolling pin until flat, smear with tomato sauce, sprinkle with topping.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until well done.
