Yellow Risotto with Shape Mini Conical

Boil risotto with broth and fresh milk and add little bit safron powder as color.

Ingredients :
  • 1 1/2 cup risotto.
  • Tip of a tsp saffron.
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Broth as needed.
  • 2 cup fresh milk.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 tbsp butter / margarine.
Instruction :
  1. Heat butter until melt, sautè onion, garlic and salt until soft and fragrant.
  2. Add risotto and saffron, stir with onion until yellow.
  3. Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly. Cook the risotto until milk dries up with low heat.
  4. Add broth a ladle and cook until risotto is soft. If stil hard add again broth and cook until soft.
  5. Turn of heat and let cool with temperature room. Shape conical and arrange with some set a side.
