Pistachio Meringue

One of cookies, meringue with pistachio powder. Crispy and yummy.

Ingredients :
  • 60 gr egg white.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar.
  • 150 gr icing sugar.
  • 1 tbsp corn starch.
  • Food coloring. ( I added mocca paste).
  • 25 gr ground pistachio.
Instruction :
  1. Whisk egg white and cream of tartar until half fluffy.
  2. Add icing sugar and corn starch gradually while whisked until soft peak and smooth.
  3. Add ground pistachio and stir gently until combine evenly.
  4. Put into piping bag and cut to make a hole.
  5. Preheat oven 100°C, bake for 60 minutes with open oven door slightly until the meringue dries.
