Penne Rigate with Vegetable Sugo

Today, I want to cook easy and simple food for our lunch. Pasta rigate with mix many kinds of vegetable. The vegetable, I cooked soft and be sugo for pasta.

Ingredients :
  • 250 gr penne rigate.
  • 1 carrot, diced.
  • 1/2 zucchine, diced.
  • 3 big florets of broccoli, cut to small florets.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • Oil to sautè.
  • 2 lt water to boil pasta.
  • 1 canned tuna (80 gr).
  • Parmesan cheese.
Instruction :
  1. Boil water with salt and oil until boiling. add pasta. Boil pasta until soft, drained.
  2. While wait for pasta, boil vegetable with other sauce pan until soft, drained.
  3. Heat oil, sautè onion, garlic and salt until fragrant with medium heat. Stirring occasionally until onion soft.
  4. When the vegetable soft, mix with onion and stir until melt and be porridge. If sugo is dry, add little vegetable broth.
  5. Add tuna and stir until mix well.
  6. Add pasta and stir until combine evenly with sugo.
  7. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with permesan cheese.
