Tuna Salad

Salad is rich fibre. I love it. After lunch or dinner always consume salad. Sometime I added chicken, beef, fish or other. And if do not want to eat with main dishes, so I eat only salad, enough for me.






Ingredients :
  • 4 petals of lattuce.
  • 1 carrot., grated.
  • 1/2 cucumber, cut 4 and thinly sliced.
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced.
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, cut 4 pieces.
  • 1 can tuna with olive oil.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Lemon / lime juice as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients and stir until combine evenly.
  2. Ready to be served.
  3. You can consume only salad if you do not want to eat rice.
