Grilled Pegasus and Potato

My hubby bought pegasus fish. I am confuse to cook it, because meat of fish is so soft. If fried will be ruined. Finelly, I baked with potato after marinated with salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and oregano. For fish, I just sprinkle with flavor taste and parmesan cheese. So savory and creamy.

Ingredients :
  • 3 fillets of pegasus fish.
  • 12 small potatoes, wash and cut 4 pieces.
  • A pinch of salt / flavoir.
  • Parmesan cheese as needed.
  • Olive oil as needed.
  • Oregano as needed.
  • Rosmarino as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Rub pegasus cheese with salt / flavor. Arrange on the heat resistant pan.
  2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  3. The other bowl, mix potato, oregano, flavor and olive oil. Stir until combine evenly.
  4. Arrange potatoes on the fish and last put rosmarino on the potatoes.
  5. Heat oven 180°C and bake for 60 minutes. Ready to be served with bread.
