To make soft bun is easy, just add fresh milk. More tasty and savory, for texture is smooth and soft. I love it.
- 200 gr strong flour + 200 gr all purpose flour.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 pack dried yeast.
- 4 tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil).
- 175 ml lukewarm milk.
- Nutella for stuffing.
Instruction :
- Mix flour, salt, sugar and dried yeast until combine evenly.
- Add egg and olive oil, knead until combine evenly.
- Pour lukewarm milk, and knead until combine evenly and elastic dough.
- Round the dough up and put on the bowl. Cover with clean warm damp cloth, let stand for proofing.
- Knead once again until air runs up.
- Devide the dough 25 gr, round as small balls. Flatten and put 1 tsp nutella, round the dough up again. Put on the baking tray. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven 200°C, bake with down heat 10 minutes and bake with up heat 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and spread surface of buns with butter. Ready to served warm. If for next, put in plastic container.
