Chicken Burger Homemade

Have chicken breast, loaf in freezer. I made chicken burger for my kids. Chicken patties and buns are homemade. So nice, see kids eat them.

Ingredients of Buns:
  • 200 gr bread flour + 200 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1 whole egg.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 pack dried yeast.
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (vegetable oil).
  • 175 ml luke warm milk.
  • Sesame seeds as needed.
Instruction to prepare Buns :
  1. Mix flour, sugar and yeast.
  2. Make a hole in the middle, add egg and olive oil, mix until combine evenly.
  3. Add warm milk, knead until the dough smooth and elastic.
  4. Round the dough up and put in the bowl and covered with a clean warm damp cloth. Let stand for proofing.
  5. Knead once, until the air in the dough runs out.
  6. Devide the dough 50 gr, round up and flatten. Put on the baking tray has been covering with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds surface of buns. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  7. Heat the oven 200°C, baked buns with down heat for 10 minutes and transfer to up heat for 15 minutes until golden brown.
Ingredients of Chicken Patties :
  • 500 gr chicken breast.
  • 5 loaf of bread without border.
  • 5 cloves of garlic, crushed until smooth.
  • 2 whole eggs.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
  • Water as needed for soak the loaf.
  • Flavor powder as needed.
  • Celery as needed, finely chopped.
  • Oil is required to fry the patties.
Instruction to prepare Chicken Patties :
  1. Soak loaf into water until soft, then squeeze.
  2. Pure the chicken breast boneless until smooth. Mix the minced of meat with loaf, garlic, salt, ground pepper, flavor powder, celery and egg. Knead until combine evenly.
  3. Cover work table with transparant plastic and spread with bit oil. Flatte chicken dough and cut with cookies cutter (diameter 8 cm).
  4. Preheat the steaming pan, steam the chicken patties for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from steaming pan and let cool and ready to used.
