Famous Italian dessert and easy to prepare. Eggless and no oven or no steam. With taste of coffee and cacao so creamy of mascarpone.
- 500 gr mascarpone.
- 500 gr whipped cream.
- 8 packs of Savoiardi.
- 300 ml hot water.
- 3 tbsp instant coffer (more taste with espresso).
- Cacao powder as needed.
- Mix coffe with hot water, stir until combine evenly and let cool.
- Whisk whipped cream until soft peak. Whisk mascarpone until soft and mix with whipped cream, stir until combine evenly. Put inside piping bag and ready to used.
- Prepare baking pan or bowl, spread with butter / margarine, light.
- Dip savoiardi into coffee and arrange on the baking pan until cover all of base of baking pan.
- Sprinkle with cacao powder
- Pour mascarpone cream surface of savoiardi.
- Repeat the same way to make second layers and third layers.
- Rest in freeze for 3 - 4 hours and ready to be served.
