Chocolate Muffin Cream, Cinnamon and Almond Flakes

Muffin mixed cacao, whipped cream and ground cinnamon. Taste of cacao and aroma of cinnamon, and the muffins is very tempting. Simple ingredients and process to prepare is simple. Yummy for breakfast and tea time.

Ingredients :
  • 1 egg.
  • 80 gr palm sugar.
  • 20 gr sugar.
  • 150 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 40 gr melt butter.
  • 150 ml whipped cream.
  • 75 gr almond powder.
  • Almond flakes as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients and whisk until combine evely with whisk hand, except almond flakes.
  2. Preheat oven 200°C
  3. Prepare muffin mould and put paper cup. Pour the batter into paper cup.
  4. Sprinkle surface of the batter with almond flakes and bake until mature for 25 minutes.
