The fresh dish for stomach and belly is salad. At the time I share salad with fried spices mix of chicken. Delicious. If I have eaten salad, I do not eat rice with a side dish. Because salad is mixed with a side dish, and enough to get full.
- Lattuce as needed.
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced.
- 1 carrot, thinlys sliced.
- 1 apple, thinly sliced,
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced.
- Olive oil as needed.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 chicken breast, cut as index finger.
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
- Salt to taste.
- Oil to fry.
Instruction :
- Rub the chicken with coriander, cumin, turmeric and salt. Preheat oil to fry and fry chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
- Rough shreded the chicken.
- Cut lattuce, cucumber, carrot, apple, red onion. Add salt and olive oil. Mix all of ingredients until combine evenly.
- Add the rough shreded chicken to salad and mix until combine evenly. Ready to be served.
