Chocolate Cupcake

Muffin with simple ingredients and easy to prepare. Soft muffin.












Ingredients :
  • 100 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 50 gr cacao powder.
  • 100 gr butter.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 100 gr sugar.
  • 100 ml whipped cream.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, baking powder and cacao powder.
  2. Whisk butter and sugar until soft and white.
  3. Add ege one by one while whisk constantly.
  4. Add mixture of flour and stir with spatula until combine evenly.
  5. Add whipped cream and stir until combine evenly.
  6. Preheat oven 200°C
  7. Pour the batter into cup mould has been covering with paper cup.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes and mature.
