Muffin with simple ingredients and easy to prepare. Soft muffin.
- 100 gr all purpose flour.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 50 gr cacao powder.
- 100 gr butter.
- 2 eggs.
- 100 gr sugar.
- 100 ml whipped cream.
Instruction :
- Mix flour, baking powder and cacao powder.
- Whisk butter and sugar until soft and white.
- Add ege one by one while whisk constantly.
- Add mixture of flour and stir with spatula until combine evenly.
- Add whipped cream and stir until combine evenly.
- Preheat oven 200°C
- Pour the batter into cup mould has been covering with paper cup.
- Bake for 25 minutes and mature.
