Instruction:

- Beat the egg yolks and 150 grams of sugar until fluffy and lumpy then mix the egg whites, stir until well blended.
- Add the flour and milk powder, stir until well blended.
- Add the sweet potato that has been shredded and stir.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Pour into a bowl of heat-resistant glass that has been smeared with butter / margarine. Bake until cooked and golden brown.
