Spaghetti Tuna Sugo

Our menu fot tonight is Spaghetti with Tuna Sugo. Because my kiddos love sugo mix with tuna. Fresh tomatoes but seeded and peeled, stir fried with onion and garlic finely chopped with little oil. So yummy.

Ingredients :
  • 400 gr spaghetti.
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded. Roughly chopped.
  • 1 medium size onion, finely chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 2 cayenne chilies, halved.
  • Salt for taste.
  • 1 tin tuna (80 gr).
  • Parsley is needed, finely chopped.
Instruction :
  1. Boiled spaghetti until tender with salt dan oil so that spaghetti is not stick to each other.
  2. While wait for spaghetti is tender, stir fried onion, garlic, salt until fragrant.
  3. Add tomato has been roughly chopped and mix with onion, stir until tomato melt is like sauce.
  4. Add tuna and stir until combine evenly.
  5. Add spaghetti, stir until combine evenlu and ready to be served.
