Soft Zebra Cake Egg White (2nd year)

If you have extra egg white in the freezer, don't thraw it. You can make cake with egg white. As what I did, I made the zebra cake with egg white. Soft and moist. And the zebra cake to celebrate my second anniversary of blog. Alhamdulillah, my activities as blogger has passed for 2 years. And for the zebra cake is delicious for tea time and breakfast.

Ingredients :
  • 425 gr egg white.
  • 200 gr sugar.
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • 200 gr all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • 50 gr butter, melted.
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
  • 1 tbsp milk powder.
Instruction :
  1. Whisk the egg white and salt half fluffy with electric mixer. Add sugar and whisk until fluffy.
  2. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla, stir gently until combine evenly.
  3. Add melt butter, stir until combine evenly.
  4. The batter devided into 2. Half of batter is white batter added the milk powder and the other half of batter is chocolate batter added the cocoa powder. Stir until combine evenly.
  5. Preheat oven with temperature 180°C.
  6. The first, pour 5 tbsp of the white batter on the middle of round baking pan has been covered with baking paper. The second, pour 5 tbsp of the chocolate batter on the white batter and the third, pour 5 tbsp of the white batter on the chocolate batter. Do until the batter finish.
  7. Baked until mature.
