Pancake Layered

Breakfasit with pancake maple syrup homemade. Yummy!!!
Deliberately made layered, so a bit different than the others and maple syrup is more absorbent into a pancake.

Ingredients :
  • 100 gr all purpose flour.
  • 50 gr sugar.
  • 250 ml fresh milk.
  • 2 eggs, beaten lightly.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • Maple syrup as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and egg. Stir with whisk hand until combine evenly.
  2. Pour fresh milk gradually, while stirring constantly until combine evenly and no clot.
  3. Preheat fry pan with 14 cm diameters with little butter. After the butter melt, cleaned with tissue.
  4. Pour the batter as needed, baked until mature and dries, flip down awhile. Transfer to plate. Do until the batter finish.
  5. Placed the pancake on the serving plate, flush on the pancake with maple syrup and place the other pancake, do until the pancakes arranged neatly. Every layer pour with maple syrup. Served for breakfast.
