Eggplant is delicious as snack, too. I fried it with bread crumbs. Yummy, crips outside and soft inside.
Ingredients :
- 1 egg plant, cut with thickness of 1 cm.
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 50 ml water.
- Bread crumbs.
- 1 egg, beaten lightly.
- Oil to fry.
- Chili sauce.
Instruction :
- Mix the ground pepper, salt and water. stir until combine evenly.
- Soaked the eggplant into spices for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil, dip eggplant into egg and coated with bread crumbs. Fried until golden brown.
- Served warm with chili sauce.
