Eggplant Fritters

Eggplant is delicious as snack, too. I fried it with bread crumbs. Yummy, crips outside and soft inside. 

Ingredients :
  • 1 egg plant, cut with thickness of 1 cm.
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 50 ml water.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • 1 egg, beaten lightly.
  • Oil to fry.
  • Chili sauce.
Instruction :
  1. Mix the ground pepper, salt and water. stir until combine evenly.
  2. Soaked the eggplant into spices for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil, dip eggplant into egg and coated with bread crumbs. Fried until golden brown.
  4. Served warm with chili sauce.
