Rose Buns

My the other creation with the bread dough. I have many creation with the bread dough as sunflower pizza, turtle buns, twist buns. Now my buns shape rose.

Ingredients :
  • 400 gr bread flour.
  • 1 pack dried yeast.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp sugar.
  • Lukewarm water as needed,
  • Mozzarella or chocolate jam as stuffing.
  • 1 egg for spreading the surface of buns.
Instruction :
  1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
  2. Pour lukewarm water gradually, while knead until smooth and no sticky.
  3. Round up and put in the warm place or cover with humid cloth and clean. Let stand for 1 hour.
  4. Kneaded once again to reduce the air in the dough.
  5. Take little the dough and milled until 1/2 cm, cut with round cutter cookies 8 cm diameter 3 pieces and 1 cut with round cutter cookies diameter 4 cm.
  6. Tidy stacked the large dough, press the middle so that attached to each other.
  7. Cut the edge to the center don't pass parts is pressed.
  8. Take the small dough and put the stuffing as mozzarella or chocolate jam and round up.
  9. Put on the middle.
  10. Now we made the petals of rose, take the dough to cover the ball. Do to surround it. And last petal put the end of the doung in the bottom.
  11. Do the same to other the dough. Spread with egg.
  12. Preheat oven 200°C, bake for 10 minutes so that the dough is rising and turn low the temperature 180°C. Baked until mature and golden brown.
