Chicken Champignon Cap Cay (Triple C)

If we bought the champignon mushrooms, My husband always request cap cay. Cap cay is the chinese food. So familiar in Indonesia. Ingredients of cap cay are many kind vegetables. In my cap cay, added carrot, turnip, green cabbage, white cabbage, champignon and ear mushrooms with chicken. So yummy. Without rice only cap cay, our dinner is yummy.

Ingredients :
  • 1 chicken breast, cleaned and diced.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 3 - 4 green cayenne peppers, halved.
  • 1 carrot, sliced diagonally.
  • Turnip as needed., washed and cut.
  • Green cabbage as needed, washed and cut.
  • White cabbage as needed, washed and cut.
  • Fresh champignon, washed and sliced thinly.
  • Ear mushrooms, boiled until soft and cut.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Vegetable oil for sauteing.
Instruction :
  1. Heat oil on the fry pan, stir fry garlic, cayenne pepper and salt until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken and stir fry until chicken is white.
  3. Add all of vegetable and mushroom, stir and cooked until the vegetable and mushroom are half wilt.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
