Pumpkin Pudding


Now is season of pumpkin. Here in Italy, they callee Zucca Gialla. Two days ago bought it, still have a lot. I had made appetizer and cooked as a dish. Today, I made a dessert. For taste, so soft, moist and little bit watery. Yummy.






Ingredients :
  • 700 gr pumpkin, grated.
  • 250 gr sugar.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 300 ml fresh milk.
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour.
  • 1 tbsp milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
Instruction :
  1. Preheat the steam pan.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar until sugar melt with whisk hand.
  3. Pour fresh milk and stir until combine evenly.
  4. Mix the flour, vanilla and milk powder, pour into the dough gradually and stir until combine evenly. No clot.
  5. Add the grated zucca, stir until combine evenly.
  6. Pour the dough into the muffin pan or baking pan. Steamed until mature for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven 200°C, bake with up flame until golden brown all of surface.
  8. Let cool in the room temperature and put in ther freezer.
  9. Served cold.
