Trying the brownies recipe, and the results are fluffy well. Soft and moist. Delicious to drink tear or snack for breakfast. the chocolate is so tasted.

Ingredients :
  • 6 eggs.
  • 225 gr caster sugar.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder and vanilla.
  • 125 gr all purpose flour.
  • 50 gr cocoa powder.
  • 175 g melted butter.
  • 100 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC).
  • Whipped cream as needed for decoration cake.
Instruction :
  1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  2. Melt the butter and dcc until melted well.
  3. Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
  4. Add the mixture of flour and cocoa gradually to the batter and stir until combine evenly with low speed of mixer.
  5. Pour the melted butter and DCC, stirring until combine evenly.
  6. Preheat the oven 180°C, poir the batter into the baking pan that has been covering  with baking paper. Bake until mature. Use toothpick for test, if no sticky it means well done.
  7. Let it room temperature, while we prepare the whipped cream. For the whipped cream, please follow the instruction of the box.
  8. Whisk the whipped cream until soft peak and add color as you like. After the cool cake give decoration with whipped cream.
