Ingredients :
- 6 eggs.
- 225 gr caster sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder and vanilla.
- 125 gr all purpose flour.
- 50 gr cocoa powder.
- 175 g melted butter.
- 100 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC).
- Whipped cream as needed for decoration cake.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Melt the butter and dcc until melted well.
- Whisk the eggs, sugar and salt until fluffy and thick.
- Add the mixture of flour and cocoa gradually to the batter and stir until combine evenly with low speed of mixer.
- Pour the melted butter and DCC, stirring until combine evenly.
- Preheat the oven 180°C, poir the batter into the baking pan that has been covering with baking paper. Bake until mature. Use toothpick for test, if no sticky it means well done.
- Let it room temperature, while we prepare the whipped cream. For the whipped cream, please follow the instruction of the box.
- Whisk the whipped cream until soft peak and add color as you like. After the cool cake give decoration with whipped cream.
