Martabak Stuffing Chocolate Jam


For sheets of martabak is same as omelet martabak wharever I made stuffing with beaten egg. But now, for my kids I made martabak stuffing Nutella Chocolate (their favorite jam). I made for their breakfast. Buon appetito, everyone.





Ingredients :
  • 300 gr all purpose flour.
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
  • 1 whole egg.
  • Hot water as needed.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Nutella Chocolate Jam.

Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients in the medium bowl. Pour the hot water gradually and stir with wood spoon. Knead by hand until combine evenly and smooth. No sticky. Rounded the dough and let stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Devide the dough in 7 small balls.
  3. Spread the work table with little vegetable oil, Milled the dough as thin as possible, don't get ripped.
  4. Preheat the flat frying pan with 3 tbsp vegetable oil and medium flame. After oil is hot, put the dough on the hot oil and spread with 1 tbsp chocolate jam surface of the dough. Fold to cover stuffing. Flip down and fry until golden brown, flip down again, fry until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to serving plate. Do until the dough finish. Served when warm.
