Fried Sandwich Stuffing Ricotta (300th)

The idea was gained from the watching a television channel here. Make the stuffing with parmesan cheese, mozzarella and mayonaisse. Yes it would be nice if all of ingredients are cheese. I didn't have stock mozarella but available is ricotta. So mozzarella replaced with ricotta.

Ingredients :
  • 4 sheets of loaf without the edge.
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.
  • 1 tbsp ricotta (original 50 gr mozzarella), mashed.
  • 1 tbsp moyonaisse.
  • Olive fruit to taste, thinly sliced.
  • Breadcrumbs.
  • Oil for deep frying.
  • 1 egg, beaten lightly.
Instruction :
  1. Mix the parmesan cheese, ricotta, mayonnaise, stir until combine evenly.
  2. Take 2 sheets of loaf, placed the cheese mixture on the loaf and sprinkle sliced olive on top of the cheese. Cover with another sheet of loaf. then cut triangles. Set aside. Do it with other loaf.
  3. Heat the oil. Dio the sandwich into the egg and then roll in breadcrumbs the entire surface of the loaf. Fry until golden brown.
  4. Ready to be served.
