Spaghetti Vegetable and Red Bean Sugo


The sugi made of mixture of vegetable such as carrot, zucchine, brocoli and cauliflower. Mix with fresh red tomato and stir until melt as sugo. Last mix with red bean. Yummyyy.






Ingredients :
  • 300 gr spaghetti.
  • 2 large fresh red tomatoes.
  • 1 tin red bean.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 1 medium size zucchine.
  • 2 large florest of cauliflower.
  • 2 large florest of brocoli.
  • 1 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 2 green cayenne chilies (optional).
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Vegetable oil for saute.
  • Parmesan cheese.
Instruction :
  1. Boiled spaghetti until tender or al dente.
  2. Boiled vegetable until half tender and dries up.
  3. While wait for spaghetti, stir fry onion, garlic, green cayenne chilies until fragrant.
  4. Add tomato, cook until melt as sauce with medium flame. When the vagetable is tender, add the vegetable into tomato sauce. Boil and stir conatantly unti dries up and combine evenly.
  5. Add red bean and stir until combine evenly.
  6. After the spaghetti is tender, dries up and mix with the sugo. Stir until combine evenly.
  7. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Ready to be served.
