The Pumpkin Minced Meat Mayonaisse Sauce


There is still extra pumpkin in the freeze. No I will make the appetizer, because I have already made of the side dish and dessert with the pumpkin. The recipe is like my mom recipe to make bingka crackers. I just change crackers with pumpkin. The recipe of my mom is minced beef mix with mashed biscuit cracker and then we ate with chili sauce or ketchup.

Ingredients :
  • 150 gr rice flour.
  • 200 gr pumpkin.
  • 200 gr minced beef.
  • 200 ml light coconut milk.
  • 1 medium size onion.
  • 2 cloves garlic.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper.
  • 1 knuckle ginger.
  • 7 tbso cold water.
Instruction :
  1. Puree the onion, garlic, pumpkin, minced beef and ginger in a food processor added with cold water so that is not too heavy work of food processor.
  2. Pour the rice flour and add light coconut milk, stir until combine evenly and no clumping.
  3. Add pumpkin and beef mixture, stir until combine evenly.
  4. Add salt and ground pepper, stir until combine evenly.
  5. Preheat the oven 180°C, pour the batter into the muffin baking pan or heat resistang baking pan. Bake until mature. First by using the flame down and when the water dried up, then use the flame up. Turn of the flame.
Ingredients of Mayonaisse Sauce :
  • 2 tbsp mayonaisse.
  • 1 small block fresh cheese.
  • 7 tbsp fresh milk.
Instruction how to make Mayonaisse Sauce :
  1. Mix all of ingredients in a small sauce pan, stir until no clot.
  2. Place over low the flame and heat until melt. Turn of the flame and ready to use as a sauce.
