- 300 gr bread flour.
- 1 pacj instant yeast.
- A pinch of salt.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- Lukewarm water as needed.
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil.
Instruction :
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt sugar and vegetable oil. Stir until combine evenly.
- Pour water gradually and while knead until smooth and not sticky to the touch.
- Round and place in a bowl, let stand for 2 hours until fluffy.
- Preheat the oven 180°C.
- Pressed the dough and kneaded again until the air in the dough runs out.
- Divide the dough as you like for size and flatten by hand and placed in the baking pan,
- Bake until golden brown for 25 minutes.
