- 225 gr castor sugar.
- 3 big yolk + 1 whole egg.
- 1 tsp baking powder - vanilla
- 50 gr milk powder.
- 200 gr all purpose flour.
- 150 ml soda water.
Instruction :
- Preheat the steaming pan until water boiled well.
- Whisk the eggs and sugar until so thick and fluffy.
- Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla.
- Add the mixture of flour and soda water alternately until exhausted while stir with spatula unil combine evenly.
- Take 4 tbsp the batter and pour the color.
- Place the paper cup on the muffin mould and pour the white butter 3/4 of paper cup, and pour 1 tsp the color batter.
- Steam for 10 - 15 minutes until mature with the high flame. Don't open until mature.
- Open the steaming pan and remove the steam sponge cake on the serving plate. Ready to be served.
