- 200 gr crackers have not been fried.
- Water as needed to boil the crackers. If your crackers are thin, no need boiled. But my crackers is thick. Need time to be soft.
- Vegetable oil for saute spices.
Ingredients of spices mix :
- 1 medium size onion. roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
- 6 red bird eyes chilies.
- 1/2 tsp ground galingale.
- Salt is required.
Instruction :
- Boiled water, boiled the crackers until tender and drained.
- Preheat oil, stir fry the spices until fragrant, pour little water and add salt, stir until combine evenly.
- Add the boiled crackers, stir until combine evenly and water dries up.
- Ready to be served when hot.
Note :
If you use thin crackers. No need boiled. You can add when you saute the spices and add little bit more water.
