Molen Puff Pastry


I wanted to eat banana wrap (pisang molen), but I was lazy to make puff pastry homemade. So I used already puff pastry. The bananas I use the candevish banana what I had at home. So, ready the banana wrapped puff pastry for tea time.




Ingredients :
  • Candevish banana.
  • Puff Pastry.
  • Cheese slice
  • Yolk egg to smear surface.
Instruction : 
  1. Preheat oven 180°C.
  2. Cut the banana 5 cm and halved.
  3. Slic lenghtwise cheese slice 1 cm.
  4. Cut the puff pastry a longer than banana.
  5. Put the cheese and the banana is supine, wrap and little press to cover the banana.
  6. Smear with the yolk egg and bake until golden brown.
