Sunflower Pizza

My creation, after blog walking. I found a pizza photo with sunflower model. So beautiful. I have tried to make it. I used my own recipe.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr all purpose flour.
  • 150 gr steamed potato, mashed.
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 1 whole egg, lightly beaten.
  • Lukewarm milk, as needed.
Topping :
  • Canned tuna.
  • Onion, julienne.
  • Tomato sugo.
  • Mozzarella.
Instruction :
  1. Miz all of ingredients, make a hole in the middle. Except the lukewarm milk.
  2. Pour the milk as needed, while kneaded until smooth and no sticky.
  3. Round the doungh and placed into the bowl. Coated with damp cloth and clean.. Let the rise for 30 minutes or 1 hour.
  4. After the dough rise, kneaded again until the air runs out. Devide the dough, I devided 2 pieces small balls.
  5. Milled the dough with roller pin until flat and round, and put on the baking tin.
  6. Spread with sugo the edge of the dough section, surrounding edges. So the middle which is not given sugo cut 8 as we cut pizza. But don't get past the sugo.
  7. Sprinkle with onion as needed, tuna, and last sprinkle with mozzarella.
  8. Fold the middle past the toppings to the edges.
  9. Preheat the oven with temperature 200°C, when you put the dough inside, reduce the temperature 180°C. Baking until golden brown and mature.
  10. Served hot. The pizza is soft.
