Ingredients :
- 15 red bird eyes chilies.
- 2 big red chilies.
- 2 curly chilies.
- 1 medium size tomato
- 1 medium size onion.
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 2 tsp shrimps paste, grilled or fried.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Vegetable oil as needed to fry.
Instruction :
- Cleaned tomato, red bird eyes chilies, re chilies and curly chilies, fried until wilt. Transfer to plate and turn off the flame.
- Pour all of ingredients into food processor and pulse until half smooth so that they still have sheet of chilies.
- Ready to be served as complementary food. Eat with hot rice, cah kangkung (stir fried water spinach) and fried dried mackarel fish. Yummy.
