- 2 tsp red dry chili flakes.
- 2 tsp fennel seeds.
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
- 2 tsp cumin seeds.
- 2 tsp coriander seeds.
- 2 cloves.
- 2 cardamoms.
- 3 cm cinnamon.
- 1 star anise flower.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1 tsp red chili powder.
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg.
- 1 tsp kasmiri chili powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
Ingredients of Chicken Nehari :
- 2 tbsp Nehari Spices.
- 1 whole chicken, skin removed.
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil / ghee or mixed.
- 1 large size onion, finely chopped.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste.
- 1 glass of water.
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour.
Instruction :
- Roasted Nehari Spices onto non stick fry pan for a few minutes over low flame until spices are fragrant, no burn. Grind them.
- Heat oil in the pan and add the chicken and stir until chicken is discolored.
- Add grind nehari spices, and stir until combine evenly.
- Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and stir until combine evenly.
- When the water of chicken is runs out, pour water and salt stir until combine evenly.
- Dissolve flour well in a cup of water and add gradually into the gravy. Stir until combine evenly.
- Cooked until mature with low flame.
- Give garnishing as you like such ginger slices, chopped green coriander, green chilies and fresh lemon.
- You can eat with warm rooti, naan or paratha.
