Serundeng 2

Serundeng is grated coconut stir fry with brown sugar, red dry chili paste, garlic and small dried shrimps. Serundeng as dressing dish for another food or snack such as lontong sayur or glutinous rice. So yummy.

Ingredients :
  • 250 gr grated coconut.
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar.
  • 1 cloves garlic, mashed until smooth.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 tbsp of red dry chili paste.
  • 100 ml water.
  • 20 gr dry small shrimps.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredinents in fry pan.
  2. Stir until water dries up and combine evenly.
  3. Ready to be used as dressing dish.
