Shami Tikka Beef Kebabs


Shami Tikka Kebabs. to make them we need minced beef. It is main ingredients with shape like patties. Indonesian patties, mix with mashed potato. But kebab, only with minced beef.






Ingredients :
  • 500 gr minced beef.
  • 2 tbsp besan flour.
  • 1 medium onon, lengthwise sliced.
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1 cm ginger, finely chopped.
  • 1 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala.
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper.
  • Salt or seasoning as needed.
  • 4 cardamoms, just take seeds.
  • 4 cm cinnamon.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • Coriander leaves ass needed, finely chopped.
  • 2 green cayenned peppers.
  • Oil for frying.
Instruction :
  1. Fry onion until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Preheat frypand, put minced beef, coriander, cumin, garam masala, nutmeg, black pepper, salt or seasoning, cardamom seeds, bay leaves and cinnamon. Stir and cook until the minced beef mature.
  3. Put minced beef, garlic, ginger and green cayenne peppers into food processore and pulse until the meat soft and smooth.
  4. Transfer the meat into bowl, add fried onion, coriander leaves and besan flour. Knead until combine evenly.
  5. Shape flatten round like patties or like marbles.
  6. Preheat oil and fry until brown with low flame. Ready to be served as a side dish or snack with ketchup and mayonaisse.
