Arab Bread (Part 1)

We like arab bread, soft. Now, I try to make Arab flatbread. Later, another time I will make the oither Arab flat. Arab flatbread what I make bake with frypan.

Ingredients :
  • 300 gr all purpose flour.
  • 7 gr yeast.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil.
  • 100 ml lukewarm fresh milk.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of ingredients and knead until smooth. Let it for 30 minutes or 1 hour for fermentation and get double volume than before.
  2. Press the dough and knead again until the air in the dough runs out.
  3. Devide the doung into 6 pieces and shape round like small balls. Milled the dough to a round and fla with roller pin.
  4. Preheat frypan and put the bread, grilled until brownies, turn the bread to the other siide. Spread surface with ghee. And when another side is brwonish too, turn the bread and spread again the ghee.
  5. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
