Shredded Fruits

Summer, fruits on season. I made rujak with apples, pears and pineapple. And mix with tamarind juice. So nice.

Ingredients :
  • 2 green apples.
  • 2 pears.
  • 1/2 pineapple.
  • 150 ml tamarind juice.
  • 50 gr brown sugar (palm sugar).
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 6 cayenne chilies. (If you like hot, can add. But if you don't like hot, you can reduce them).
Instruction :
  1. Prepare tamarind juice, brown sugar (palm sugar), salt dan cayenne pepper. Stir until combine evenly and brown sugar and salt are melt.
  2. Shred apples and pears. Set aside.
  3. Finely chopped pineapple, set aside.
  4. Pour tamarind juice into medium bowl and add apple, pear and pineapple stir until combine evenly.
  5. Ready to be served, cool is better when hot temperature.
