
Summer, fruits on season. I made rujak with apples, pears and pineapple. And mix with tamarind juice. So nice.
Ingredients :
- 2 green apples.
- 2 pears.
- 1/2 pineapple.
- 150 ml tamarind juice.
- 50 gr brown sugar (palm sugar).
- A pinch of salt.
- 6 cayenne chilies. (If you like hot, can add. But if you don't like hot, you can reduce them).
Instruction :
- Prepare tamarind juice, brown sugar (palm sugar), salt dan cayenne pepper. Stir until combine evenly and brown sugar and salt are melt.
- Shred apples and pears. Set aside.
- Finely chopped pineapple, set aside.
- Pour tamarind juice into medium bowl and add apple, pear and pineapple stir until combine evenly.
- Ready to be served, cool is better when hot temperature.
