Our favorite menu for break fasting when Ramadhan. Cauliflower fritters. Mix with gram flower and fry until golden brown.
Ingredients :
- 1 head cauliflower, cut per small florets.
- 2 tbs gram flour (bengali flour).
- 1 tbs all purpose flour.
- 1 egg.
- A pinch of salt.
- 100 ml water to mix flour.
- Oil for deep frying.
Instruction :
- Mix gram flour, all purpose flour and salt. Pour water gradually whil stirring canstantly until smooth.
- Add florets of cauliflower and mix with flour.
- Preheat oil dan deep fry florets cauliflower until golden brown.
- Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
