Cauliflower Fritters

Our favorite menu for break fasting when Ramadhan. Cauliflower fritters. Mix with gram flower and fry until golden brown.

Ingredients :
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut per small florets.
  • 2 tbs gram flour (bengali flour).
  • 1 tbs all purpose flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 100 ml water to mix flour.
  • Oil for deep frying.
Instruction :
  1. Mix gram flour, all purpose flour and salt. Pour water gradually whil stirring canstantly until smooth.
  2. Add florets of cauliflower and mix with flour.
  3. Preheat oil dan deep fry florets cauliflower until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to serving plate and ready to be served.
