Behoon, Vegetables and Peanuts Sauce

Mixture of behoon, some vegetables, crackers and peanut sauce is called Pecal Sayur Bihun (Indonesia language). It is traditional Indonesia dish. You can find on the street food but at the day.

Ingredients :
  • 200 gr behoon.
  • 4 long bean.
  • 1/2 bunch water spinach.
  • 50 gr sprout.
  • Peanut sauce for pecel.
  • Crackers.
Instruction :
  1. Simmer water until boil, and then boil long bean until wilt, drained and set aside. Boil sprout for 5 minutes, drained and set aside. Boil water spinach until wilt, drained and set aside.
  2. Change water and simmer until boil. Boil behoon until soft, drained and set aside.
  3. To serve, place behoon, water spinach, long bean, sprout and pour peanut sauce for pecel and add crackers on the pecel.
  4. Ready to be served.
