Sushi Baling Baling / Propeller Sushi

It is my creation sushi for my kids.  I made propeller sushi with stir fried of grated carrot and shredded salmon. Need 2 small shusi and another sheet of nori. I don't used sushi rice, but broken basmati rice.






Ingredients :
  • 200 grs rice that has been cooked ( 2 plates). I cooked broken basmati rice.
  • 50 grs salmon fillet, steamed and shredded.
  • 1 carrot, grated.
  • Salt is required.
  • 6 sheets of nori.
Instruction :
  1. Mix carrot and salmon, sprinkle a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  2. Put a sheet of nori on bamboo mat. Spread rice on the nori and then spread mixture of carrot and salmon.
  3. Roll nori up. Make two rolls of small sushi.
  4. Every roll is halved, so getting 4 pieces.
  5. Put another nori on the bamboo mat. Place the upside down 2 pices of  sushi that have beed halved on the middle of nori. Then put on top of upside down sushi in the opposite direction (supine).
  6. Wrapped and rolled thightly with bamboo mat and nori.
  7. Cut and ready to be served.
