Eggplant Bhorta


Bangladeshi has many kind bhorta such as potato bhorta, tomato bhorta, dried fish bhorta, green beans bhorta and etc. Now, I made bhorta with basic eggplant. Because I have eggplant extra in my freeze. My husband love it.





Ingredients :
  • 1 big size eggplant, washed and cut with 1 cm thickness.
  • 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
  • 8 green cayenne peppers, thinly sliced.
  • Salt is required.
  • Coriander leaves as needed, finely chopped.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil.
  • Oil for fry eggplant until wilt.
Instruction :
  1. Preheat oil and fry eggplant until wilt.
  2. Mashed onuin, green cayenne pepper and eggplant smooth.
  3. Add salt and coriander leaves, stir until combine evenly.
  4. Pour olive oil and stir evenly.
  5. Ready to be served.
