Farfalla Pasta Sugo Homemade

My kids have a request for their dinner. They want to have pasta with sugo, because they already told me that they eat pasta with sugo in their kindergarten when lunch. I don't have stock already sugo, just fresh red tomatoes. So I tried make sugo by them.

Ingredients :
  • 200 gr farfalla pasta.
  • 2 big size tomatoes seeded, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1 green cayenne pepper (because they love a bit spicy).
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil for sauteing.
  • Grated cheese as needed.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
Instruction :
  1. Boil farfalla pasta until tender, drained.
  2. Preheat oil and stir fry onion, garlic, green cayenne pepper and salt until fragrant.
  3. Add tomato and stir until melt.
  4. Add pasta and stir until combine evenly. Leave it on the flame for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  5. Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle grated cheese.
  6. Ready to be served.
