My kids have a request for their dinner. They want to have pasta with sugo, because they already told me that they eat pasta with sugo in their kindergarten when lunch. I don't have stock already sugo, just fresh red tomatoes. So I tried make sugo by them.
Ingredients :
- 200 gr farfalla pasta.
- 2 big size tomatoes seeded, roughly chopped.
- 1/2 medium size onion, roughly chopped.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
- 1 green cayenne pepper (because they love a bit spicy).
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for sauteing.
- Grated cheese as needed.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Boil farfalla pasta until tender, drained.
- Preheat oil and stir fry onion, garlic, green cayenne pepper and salt until fragrant.
- Add tomato and stir until melt.
- Add pasta and stir until combine evenly. Leave it on the flame for 10 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to serving plate and sprinkle grated cheese.
- Ready to be served.
