Grilled Fish Curry Masala

The recipe of grilled fish curry masala is just my idea to use curry masala and then grilled. Fish marinated with masala for 1 hour and grilled for 30 minutes.

Ingredients :
  • 500 gr fish, cleaned and washed. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pour vinegar or lime juice to reduce smell of fish. Wash once again.
  • 1  1/2 tsp garlic paste.
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander.
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp lime juice.
  • Dried red chilies as needed.
Instruction :
  1. Mix all of spices (garlic, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garam masala, salt, dried rec chilies and lime juice) until combine evenly.
  2. Marinate fish with spices and set aside for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven 170°C and grill the fish for 30 minutes.
  4. Ready to be served with salad.
