Fried Fish Bangladesh Style

Fried Fish with Bangladesh Style. They fry fish, not only fry after that finish. Bangladesh people, they love fried fish with onion. The first, fry fish and then give chopped onion.







Ingredients :
  • 500 gr fish, cleaned and then give salt and vinegar or lime juice to reduce smell of fish. Wash once again.
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric.
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 - 3 tbsp vegetable oil for fry.
Instruction :
  1. Marinated fish with salt and ground turmeric. Preheat frypan with vegetable oil, fry fish until well done. Set aside.
  2. With the same oil, stir fry onion, a pinch of turmeric and salt until onion soft and reddish.
  3. Put fried fish and stir fry for 5 minutes and flip the fish with onion for 5 minutes again.
  4. Ready to be served as side dish.
