Banana Wrapped Puff Pastry Homemade

I still have extra the puff pastry homemade. So I made Pisang Molen wrapped the puff pastry. For pisang molen, better we use Pisang Ambon (Green Banana). But here, I can't find it, even in Asia Store. I have only sunpride banana, the sunpride banana is quickly soft. Still yummy. How to make puff pastry homemade.

Ingredients :
  • Puff Pastry Sheet.
  • 2 slice single cheese.
  • 3 bananas. (Better green banana, but I used sunpride)
  • 1 yolk.
Insturction :
  1. A banana is cut two part and halved about 10 cms.
  2. Cut puff pastry into small sheet of puff pastry so that it can wrap half banana.
  3. Take a small sheet of puff pastry andn put 1 cm wide of cheese. Place banana on top of cheese in the supine.
  4. Wrap banana and cheese, Place upside down on the baking tray has been covering with baking paper. Do it until banana finish.
  5. Spread surface of puff pastry with yolk. Bake until golden brown with temperature 170°C.
  6. Ready to be served as snack.
