Caramel Rice Pudding

Caramel Rice Pudding is good taste for dessert. Yummy and soft.

Ingredients :
  • 80 grs rice.
  • 700 ml fresh milk.
  • 4 tbsp sugar.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 100 grs sugar, caramelized.
  • 1 tbsp water.
Instruction : 
  1. Simmer fresh milk, until boiled.
  2. Wash rice and drained.
  3. After fresh milk boil, pour rice, sugar and salt, cook until rice is cooked and thick. Cook with low flame.
  4. Separate yolk and white egg.
  5. Beat lightly yolk with little fresh milk, until mix well.
  6. Pour yolk into boil rice and whisk soon until blended.
  7. Beat the egg white until stiff.
  8. Turn off flame. Pour egg white into rice, and stir until mix rice and egg white.
  9. Make caramelized sugar with lof flame with pan. After sugar melt pour water and stir until water and sugar melt well.
  10. Pour 1 tablespoon of caramel into aluminium cup. Add the dough of rice milk.
  11. Preheat the oven with 175°C. Bake rice pudding with au bain marie system until cooked within 20 - 30 minutes.
  12. Put onto plate and give caramel as garnish, up of pudding. Ready to be served.
