Steamed Sponge Cupcake

Bolu Kukus, in English we can call steamed sponge cupcake. Because to make the cake with system steamed. Can eat them for breakfast or as snack tea time.







Ingredients :
  • 250 grs all purpose flour.
  • 200 ml fresh milk.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 150 grs sugar.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.
  • 1 tsp baking soda.
  • 1 tsp vanilla ekstract.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
  • Food color yellow and green.
Instruction :
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar until fluffy and thick.
  3. Pour the flour mixture and fresh milk alternately and stirring gently until blended.
  4. Add vanilla extract and stir. Devide the dough 2 bowl and give color yellow and green.
  5. Heat big pot for steam. Prepare pot for cupcake and put cup paper into cupcake pot.
  6. Pour half pot the yellow dough and half  again the green dough.
  7. And steam with medium flame until cooked.
  8. Ready to be served as snack tea time or breakfast.
