Prawns Fried Vermicelli

Last weekend, our menu for launch is Prawns Fried Vermicelli mixed with some vegetables. It is yummy for our tummy...hehehe.








Ingredients :
  • Some vegetables such as collards, peas, carrots, boiled.
  • Some prawns, peeled.
  • 150 grs rice vermicelli instant, boiled and drained.
  • 1 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 1 tsp pepper.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • Oil for fry.
  • Some hot sauce.
Instruction :
  1. Saute onion, garlic, pepper powder and salt, until fragrant.
  2. Add some prawns and stir fry until reddish.
  3. Add vegetable was boiled and stir fry until mix well.
  4. Add rice vermicelli noodles was boiled..
  5. Fry and mix until well mix.
  6. Ready to be served when hot with some hot sauce.
