Vegetables Fried Rice

Fried rice is tipical of Indonesia cuisine. We can eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Now, I has prepared fried rice with mixture of vegetable and sprinkle with thinly sliced of omellet.






Ingredients
  • 1 carrot, diced.
  • 1/2 zucchine, diced.
  • 50 grs peas.
  • 1 egg.
  • Oil for saute.
  • 1/2 onion, roughly chopped.
  • 1 clove of garlic, roughly chopped.
  • 2 green cayenne pepper, roughly chopped.
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  • 2 portion of white rice.
  • Salt is required.
Instruction :
  1. All of vegetables are boiled until tender and drained.
  2. Beat lightly of egg, add 1 tbsp water and 1 tsp vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
  3. Preheat oil for sauteing, add onion, garlic and cayenne. Stir fry until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetable and mix well.
  5. Add white rice, and stir until mix well.
  6. Pour soy sauce, and mix until blended.
  7. Preheat teflon frypan, pour egg and make thinly omelet.
  8. After well done, roll up and sliced thinly.
  9. Sprinkle up of rice. Ready to be served when hot.
