Tomato Fried Koi Fish

I fried Koi Fish (Bangladesh Fish). But boring with simple frying. So, I fried with slices onion and tomato. Sour and savory.








Ingredients :
  • 2 medium koi fish, cleaned.
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced.
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced.
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
  • 3 green cayenne pepper. (Optional).
  • Ground turmeric for color.
  • Oil for frying and sauteing.
  • Salt is required.
  • Vinegar is required.
Instruction :
  1. Clean fish with vinegar and salt, to less smell of fish, washed.
  2. Marinated fish with salt and ground turmeric.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil on the frypan, fry fish until fried, drained.
  4. Stir fry onion, garlic, green cayenne pepper, salt and ground turmeric until fragrant and onion is tender.
  5. Add sliced tomato and stir fry until tomato is tender and liquid.
  6. Add fried fish, mix and stir fry until well done.
  7. Ready to be served.
